Affiliate Partnership Agreement

This agreement governs the Stash & Go referral programme: what you earn, when, how, and what each party commits to. It is accepted online when you create your partner account.

1. Purpose of the agreement

This agreement is entered into between the operator of the Lock & Gooo luggage-storage service in Agadir (Morocco), hereafter "Lock & Gooo", and the business that creates a partner account on stashandgo.ma/partenaires, hereafter "the partner".

The partner recommends the Lock & Gooo service to its guests and travellers using the personal link and QR code provided at sign-up. In return, the partner earns a commission on every completed booking attributed to them.

2. How referrals are attributed

At sign-up, the partner receives a personal code, a link of the form stashandgo.ma/p/CODE and a printable QR poster. When a traveller opens that link or scans that QR code, their browser remembers the code for 30 days. Any booking made within that period from the same browser is attributed to the partner.

  • If a traveller opens the links of several partners in succession, the last link opened before booking wins;
  • attribution is technical and automatic: it cannot be added or removed manually after the fact;
  • the traveller gets a 10% discount on any booking made through a partner link or QR code.

3. Commission

The commission is 20% of the listed price (incl. tax) of the attributed booking, worked out before the 10% discount the traveller receives — that discount is borne by Stash & Go and does not reduce the partner's commission, unless a different rate is agreed in writing between the parties. The rate applicable to the partner is displayed at all times in their dashboard.

The amount of each commission is fixed at the time of booking: a later change of rate only applies to subsequent bookings, never to past ones.

4. Validation and payout

Each commission goes through a three-stage cycle, visible in the dashboard:

  • Pending — as soon as the attributed booking is created;
  • Validated — once the traveller has actually dropped off and then picked up their luggage. This action, recorded on site by our team, is authoritative: a cancelled or no-show booking earns no commission;
  • Paid — at the next payout.

Validated commissions are paid once a month, by bank transfer, in Moroccan dirhams. Lock & Gooo may carry the payout over to the following month if the validated balance is below 100 MAD; the balance then remains owed to the partner.

5. Your commitments

The partner agrees to promote the service fairly. In particular, the partner must not:

  • send unsolicited messages (spam) containing their link;
  • imply that they act on behalf of Lock & Gooo, or promise a discount or conditions other than those of the programme;
  • bid on keywords containing the "Lock & Gooo" brand or the stashandgo.ma domain in online advertising;
  • create fictitious bookings or artificially trigger attributions (self-referral, scripts, misleading incentives).

Lock & Gooo in turn undertakes to keep the dashboard up to date, to answer the partner's questions at contact@stashandgo.ma and to pay validated commissions as set out in section 4.

6. Personal data

The partner has no access to travellers' personal data: their dashboard only shows amounts, statuses and dates. The partner's own data (business name, contact, e-mail, phone) is processed as described in the privacy policy.

7. Term, suspension and termination

The agreement is entered into for an indefinite term from the creation of the partner account. Either party may end it at any time, without cause or notice — the partner by simple e-mail, Lock & Gooo by notifying the partner.

  • Upon termination, commissions already validated remain due and are paid at the next monthly cycle;
  • commissions still pending follow their normal cycle if the luggage is picked up before the account is closed;
  • in the event of fraud or a breach of section 5, Lock & Gooo may suspend the account immediately and cancel the commissions arising from the bookings concerned.

8. Independence and liability

The partner acts as an independent business introducer. This agreement creates no agency, partnership or employment relationship between the parties. No booking volume or income level is guaranteed. The luggage-storage service itself (safekeeping, payment, traveller assistance) is provided by Lock & Gooo under its terms and conditions, under its sole responsibility.

9. Changes to this agreement

Lock & Gooo may update this agreement, in particular the default rate or the payout schedule. The version date appears at the top of the page. Any substantial change is announced to the partner by e-mail at least 15 days before it takes effect; commissions already earned are never recalculated. A partner who disagrees with the new version may terminate freely (section 7).

10. Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Agadir have jurisdiction.
